Accountable for AMW Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and AMW Group Business Finance function to ensure robust processes and compliance with Group financial reporting framework while providing business support for effective commercial & business decision making.


  • Internationally recognized professional accountancy qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA or CFA) with bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 8 years post-qualified work experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.
  • Good communication, coordination Skills and managing multiple deliverables.


  • Managing and delivering AMW group annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process and deliverables, including firming budget assumptions, growth strategies, cost saving measures etc.
  • Setting inventory KPIs for all AMW Business Units (Excluding AMWCL), firming annual inventory ordering plan and business alignment to ensure the AMW inventory management process is in line with approved budget and working capital KPIs.
  • Agreeing and signing off Business Unit wise Cash Flow statements with respective Business Directors and AMW Treasury Team to ensure that all the AMW SBUs (excluding AMWCL) are operating within agreed funding limits.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor a robust internal control system within all AMW SBUs.
  • Lead the Business Finance team and ensure continuous business finance support to all the SBUs to enable effective decision making and resource management
