Responsibilities:

  • Manager on large and medium size audit engagements
  • Executive management of clients and ensuring the highest level of client service is provided
  • Planning, review and finalization of audit engagements in accordance with strict deadlines
  • Ensuring client deliverables and audit documentation is prepared to a high internationally accepted standard
  • Development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with client management
  • Mentoring and development of more junior staff
  • Business development and marketing of KPMG
  • Involvement in staff selection and recruitment decisions
  • Departmental administration and analysis of engagement performance
  • Full compliance with strict risk management procedures
  • Deal with clients' Financial Directors, Chief Accountants and their Deputies, previous auditors, audit network
  • Manage, develop and evaluating performance of Assistants and Supervisors in Engagement teams
  • Report to the Engagement Partner

Requirements

  • ACCA qualification or the final stage of ACCA qualification
  • Min 4-5 of managerial experience in the field of accounting, auditing or finance of medium and large clients, of which at least 3 years of experience in auditing
  • Solid experienced in applying international accounting and auditing standards and strong technical expertise
  • IFRS/GAAP or similar accounting framework
  • Languages: Fluent English and Ukrainian
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good team manager and team member
