Job Description & Summary

A career within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Organize databases, document guidelines on Knowledge Management tools.
  • Act as point of contact and provide help desk support for databases, process/system changes/improvements.
  • Support in managing logistics and delivery of KM Function events such as the Tax New Joiner Induction
  • Ensure on a periodic basis that the KM Drive files are in the correct folders
  • Good understanding of KM tools and approaches, and their application to meet business requirements
  • Intellectually curious with an interest in knowledge management
  • Works effectively with networks, markets and sectors and colleagues from related functions (e.g., IT, learning and development) across the enterprise
  • Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills (thinks outside the box) 
  • Strong facilitator, change agent, and communicator (i.e. an experienced consultant) 
  • Able to think strategically in terms of culture, behavior, business processes, and tools 
  • Strong operations management oversight and “hands on” skills as needed 
  • Clear and up-to-date understanding of the business situation and processes so can help allocate resources and support in response to changing priorities
