Internal Quality and Transformation Supervisor

Location: Cluj or Bucharest

As an Internal Quality and Transformation Supervisor, you will participate in assessing and supervising implementation of the international system of quality management (ISQM 1) and provide support in the implementation of transformation initiatives.

In your role as Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders within our business and develop skills related to analytical mindset, risk detection and recognition, communication, proactive team player and project management.

What will you do?

ISQM related

• Understanding and walkthrough over the design, implementation and operation of the SQM in order to identify and evaluate related risks
• Understand internal processes, assess if they are properly designed and implemented in order to address the quality risk
• Monitor implementation and operation of the SQM with the responsibility to observe and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures
• Test operating effectiveness of SQM key controls and evaluate results
• Assisting in remediation activities in order to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to respond to the findings identified
• Prepare deliverables/overall conclusion following the testing procedures performed

Transformation related

• Actively participate in implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor realization
• Proactively propose and discuss actions to be considered in internal transformation initiatives

To qualify for this role, you must have

• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Economics – ACCA or CIA is a plus
• Previous experience in external audit and internal audit with knowledge of quality and risk management (3-4 years) (an advantage would be audit of SOX projects as an internal or external auditor or performing internal audit test in other environments)
• Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, good communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and also work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support
• Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
• Confidence in PC use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
