Asst. Manager Finance

This is a newly created role, working closely with Finance Manager and CEO to safeguard the financial health of the company. 

The candidate will ensure financial systems and processes are followed, financial tasks are completed before deadlines and key stakeholders receive the financial information they need to make sound decisions. 

An important part of the role is to build excellent working relationships with non-financial employees working across H-Tech Supports, so that information needed by the finance team is obtained in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 

Job Description

• Developing and implementing financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial information.
• Analysing financial data to provide insights into business performance.
• Managing budgets and forecasts.
• Overseeing and Liaise internal and external audits.
• Guiding tax and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for full set accounting including daily accounting functions, book-keeping and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts & financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Join annual operative budgeting process.
• Review income tax return & statutory reports.
• Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior

Profile

• Bachelor degree or diploma holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience in Finance or Accounting related fields, audit firm experience will be a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good in English and Urdu
