About the company
A stable international non-profit organization is looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join its team.

About the job
You are responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting, including monthly closing, projection of financial reports for the regional entities. You will be involved in preparation of donor budget, project budgets, forecasting and variances. You will make sure donor requirements are adhered to standards, involved in fundraising plans to drive financial planning, as well as, other ad-hoc duties as required. You will be supported by a seasoned finance staff.

Skills and experience required
A recognized degree with 6 years of accounting experience handling regional entities in an international non-governmental or non-profit organization or related. If you are/were a consultant who handled donors/funds management for non-profit organization can also be considered. Experienced in donor management/ donor budget is mandatory. You are also analytical, meticulous, and have strong interpersonal skills.
*Do note that you are required to do a 2 hours financial test upon shortlisted.
