Duties Include:
- Processing invoices
- Generating purchase orders
- Monitoring payments of supplier accounts and expenses
- Resolving queries that occur within the accounts payable process
- Reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within an accounts payable function - essential
- Have previous experience using Oracle accounting system - desirable
- Have experience working within a share service centre or multi-site business - desirable
- Have a strong attention to detail - essential
- Be able to work within a team and independently - essential
