Deloitte Total Reward and Benefits Limited ("DTRB"), the UK pensions advisory business of Deloitte LLP, is in the process of being acquired by Isio and, subject to FCA approval, is expected to join the Isio group at the end of May. Employees of DTRB, including the incumbent of this role, will remain employed by DTRB following the acquisition, but will be part of the Isio group rather than Deloitte LLP.

Isio launched in March 2020, backed by Exponent, and the business has shown strong organic growth through new client wins and the development of additional services. The acquisition of Premier Pensions Management in January 2022 strengthened Isio's core pensions business while enabling it to launch new propositions including employee benefits advice and wealth management. In joining DTRB, you will be part of one of the largest pension advisory businesses in the UK.
