Overview of the role

Key contributor towards customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives of IT/ELV Division. Work with the Divisional manager and support them to obtain business leads and acumen. Ensure proper records are maintained related to sales, and customer quotations.Lead the sales by preparing bids, technical submittals, and pre-qualifications. Meet the divisional sales target and contribute to increasing market share, and new customers.

What you will do

  • Take comprehensive ownership and act as a single point of contact for sales activities for customer and internal supporting departments (prospecting, generating opportunities, submitting proposals,s and closure of orders).
  • Sales Plan & execution – Analysis of market conditions, vertical industry segments to target, prospecting, and lead generation plan.
  • Effective and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders- customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Documentation and record keeping.
  • Effective customer account management skills.
  • Achieving the revenue targets in terms of – Order book, sales, profit margins, and collection according to the business plan.
  • Must be a keen learner of new technologies, products, and solutions.

About the Team

The Technology team is a highly motivated, collaborative, and fun, technology professional across Qatar, looking to add a Manager to the department, to whom all of them will report.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business Administration / related OR equivalent.
  • 4 - 5years of experience in the Qatar Market (required).
  • Qatar's Driving license is highly desirable.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Applications.
  • Fundamental knowledge and understanding of ICT/ELV Domain-Networks, IP Telephony, Digital transformation, Hardware, and software.
