JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervises daily activities of Securities Brokering Specialists
  • Sources best bid and offer prices for securities requirements of brokerage customers of Investment Distribution and Institutional Sales
  • Monitors and executes purchase and sale orders of securities for the sales teams within established limits
  • Communicates updated prices through various communication channels
  • Assists Product Managers in providing daily market color and information on traded securities and disseminating trade opportunities and significant market developments to the sales teams and other frontliners
  • Ensures timely trade reconciliation with counterparties and accurate deal capture
  • Ensures full compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Ensures that activities are conducted with an awareness of risks and prescribed controls

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of a Business degree, Finance degree, or other related studies
  • Treasury Certification and SEC Fixed Income Salesperson license is preferred but not required
  • Four (4) to five (5) years of relevant dealing and sales experience
  • Experienced in international and local fixed income markets
  • Knowledgeable in international capital markets
  • Has experience in developing trading / order management platforms / systems
  • Understands the investment and wealth management business
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
