We are looking for a Due Diligence Officer who will oversee external/internal Due Diligence for our Cork Office.
As a Due Diligence Officer, you will report directly to Due Diligence Manager, located in Luxembourg and you will have the following responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for completing internal/external Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Assist in the review of the ADAAFA Due Diligence Handbook
- Assist in gathering information from relevant internal parties (IT, HR, BCP, etc..) to facilitate input of due diligence responses in the RFIPO tool
- Keep track of accesses granted and maintain the company documents library in the Due Diligence data room
- Keep up to date record of Due Diligence Questionnaires completed
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails and queries on Due Diligence topics
- Collaborate with your Manager to identify possible enhancements to the data base software and the due diligence process
- Escalate all risks/issues identified during the due diligence process
- Take part in different projects under the supervision of Due Diligence Manager
- Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's in administration or business and expertise relevant to the main duties described above;1-2 years' experience;
- Experience working in the financial industry preferably in regulated industry;
- Theoretical and general knowledge of risk management, internal controls or similar position is an advantage;
- Strong attention to details and accuracy are essential parts of this role;
- Ability to organized and prioritized for timely execution;
- Highly motivated and self-starter;
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and work as part of a team;
- Good command of English (oral & written);
