Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will be responsible for different tasks and procedures related to Treasury and Accounts Payables, providing good financial and accounting analysis, and contributing to an accurate, transparent, correct disclosure and on time accounting information.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• TREASURY
  
  - Analyze financial flows and record accurate journal entries in SAP,
  
  - Reconcile Cash & Cash Equivalents accounts, keeping it updated and reflecting accurate balances according to bank statements and cash counts.
  
  - Report weekly Cash & Cash Equivalents balances to Red Bull HQ.
  
  - Support financial budget preparation by providing correct finance information.
• ACCOUNTS PAYABLES - CREDIT CARDS
  
  - Control credit cards reports, ensuring proper expense allocation and compliance with Red Bull Policies.
  
  - Keep credit cards accounts updated by executing deep analysis on booked numbers and comparing balances with credit cards statements.
  
  - Manage company's credit cards, being the link between Red Bull and the bank.
  
  - Prepare and execute payments related to credit cards.
• ACCOUNTS PAYABLES - EMPLOYEES
  
  - Control employee's expense reports ensuring proper expense allocation and compliance with Red Bull Policies.
  
  - Support the rest of the company on issues related to expense reports, becoming a referent in Concur SAP.
  
  - Prepare and execute payments related to employee's expense reports and down payment request.
• OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
  
  - Fleet Management.
  
  - Analyze, control and record: - Fuel expenses through Edenred platform.
  
  - Mobile phone expenses through Personal platform.
  
  - Transportation expenses through Cabify reports.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year working in areas like Finance, Accounting or General Administration is desire.

• Accounting or Business Administration Student
• Intermediate / Advanced English
