As part of your role as Corporate Finance Assistant Manager you will bridge the gap between the Trainees and the Senior Management team, by not only delivering the more complex reporting, but working with the more junior team members to provide guidance and support. You will be able to lead meetings and relationships with your clients, providing detailed guidance on the information delivered and guide them through the transaction. You will be encouraged to network with wider Corporate Finance teams within the business to ensure you are working on a National level to service clients and keep technical expertise current.
As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management. Personal coaching will continue as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications which can be tailored to your own individual aspirations, should you set your sights on Director or Partner in the future.
