Opportunity to join a growing London real estate developer, reporting into the Senior Finance
Manager (UK Head). Based in Central London the role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking
to be involved in the financial running of an expanding company working in the London Real Estate
Investment and Development sector. This is a hands-on role in which the ideal candidate will have a
strong desire to learn and enjoy the challenges associated with working in a growing business.
The Company
JTRE London is a subsidiary of leading Slovakian developer JTRE who has successfully entered the
London market with the acquisition of Triptych Bankside site on London’s Southbank with new
projects commencing in Q2/3 of 2023.
Responsibilities
1 Assist at all times the acocunting function for the London office accounts system
maintenance, VAT Returns, CIS Reporting, and bank reconciliations
2 Prepare the monthly project cost drawdown facility for review, liaising with Commercial
Departments and ensuring all project expenditure accounted for in the period
3 Weekly bank account reconciliations
4 Weekly financial reports
5 Monthly management reports – Project Based
6 Account management and credit control
7 Assist with any ad hoc tasks – financial modelling and calculations as per business related
requests we receive, contract reviews, due diligence reporting, preparing financial
presentations for review
Key Objectives
1 Identify and implement areas of company growth through strategy efficacy
2 Ensure all company accounts are up to date and company software is in sync
3 Drive efficiencies in the department through automation of manual tasks (where possible)
4 Have an open mind and be able to think freely with the ability to challenge status quo based
on informed and researched information
5 Coordinate with customers and stakeholders as required
6 Be digitally savvy and encourage others for the same, build lasting relationships
Key Attributes
1. Qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent experience, with strong
academics.
2. Experience with Accounting Software (SAGE, XERO, SAP etc.)
3. Self-starter, organised and attentive to detail
4. Strong communication skills, able to work alone and as part of a team
