VP Corporate Finance - Tech Company

The role will be working closely with the CEO and you will need to be hands on at work. This is a key role for the organization as you will be expected to provide accurate financial information to management for decision making and to safeguard the assets and minimize risk of the company. Ultimately you are part of a drive to ensure effective and smooth formulation and execution of Company Strategy.

Description

Have great network for fundraising and passionate in pitching Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for our organization

Research and develop fundraising opportunities, including single events and detailed campaigns

Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities

Analyzing valuation and returns

Contact and build relationships with prospective donors

Oversight of transaction due diligence

Set financial targets forfundraising activities, and create strategies for reaching them

Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements

Collaborate with senior leadership and prioritize departmental activities to meet organizational goals

Profile

This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong finance background and a solid understanding of corporate finance including financial modelling, investment & fundraising. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.

Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferableOver 10 years experience of both PE/VC/IB and tech company experienceHave had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully deliveredHave vast network within capital market Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships High level of ethics and integrity
