Description
Given the continued spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), all interviews will be conducted by phone or virtual connection to protect our candidates and employees.
You Will:
Reporting / Data Analysis:
- Produce and deliver monthly and quarterly Financial Control and Management reports on Infrastructure expense position
- Maintain and further develop existing reporting portfolio, provide support to senior management team on an ad-hoc basis
- Understand and actively participate in the budgeting process for Technology
- Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, concerning matters and firm strategy
Relationship Management:
- Work collaboratively with global counterparts, present product specific financial analysis to stakeholders
People Management:
- Cultivate an inclusive, empowering environment that is conducive to a result-oriented, motivated team
- Mentor direct reports and the team through regular 121 sessions, ensuring team members have a clear view of goals and performance, whilst also providing development opportunities
Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 5-7 years of relevant proficiency
- excellent English verbal and writing skills
- sound understanding of Financial statements
- proficient MS Office skills
