Senior Cost Controller - Karawang

Our client is looking for a Senior Cost Controller who will responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the company's cost system, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and analysis of product cost.

Our client is a multinational manufacturing company and currently hiring for Cost Control professional to manage the finances, including (planning & control) processes, for the assigned business area, within the financial guidelines and policies, in order to advice and support management of the realisation of the objectives in terms of efficiency, cost control and profitability.

Description

• Creating accountability report fees and analysing financial statements, calculating the cost of materials, labor, and overhead as well as identify the causes of deviations and corrective actions that can be done.
• Optimise processes for a correct calculation of cost prices
• Responsible for CAPEX follow-up, asset tagging, and maintaining fixed asset registered
• Compare actual performance against budgeted amounts on monthly basis and prepare variance analysis reports
• Review budget plans for specific projects and work closely with procurement and operations teams
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-optimisation measures whilst maximising efficiency and productivity
• Implementation and maintenance of a good system of internal control
• Provide analysis of cost components to senior management on periodic basis and collaborate with various stakeholders on cost optimisation buy-in and co-operation
• Minimise stock difference by implementing and maintaining a good stock movement system and
  regular stock reconciliation

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 8 year's working experience in related field.
• Experience working in manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing principles.
• Good Accounting knowledge, Cost Accounting, IFRS and PSAK
• Good communication skill in English .
• Self-motivated team player who is able to work across function with good communication and organisational skills.
