This is a senior accounts payable administrator role based in West London.

This role is suitable for candidates with extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and the ability to independently work effectively and confidently within a fast paced environment. It is essential for this candidate to have at least a years experience within a fast paced accounts payable environment.

Client Details

Our client is an established FMCG organisation based in West London, who are actively searching for an experienced accounts payable administrator to join their growing finance team. Our client is rapidly developing thus the need for a growing finance team.

Description

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Overseeing the accounts payable function and supporting other members of the team
  • Stock Supplier invoice and credit note capturing
  • Capturing Prepayment Charges and Assets
  • Maintaining Amazon Supplier account
  • Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and disputes.
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain outstanding paperwork.
  • Supplier account reconciliation
  • Rebates, Promotion, Marketing Recharging
  • Housekeeping of Supplier accounts - Terms, Limits, Addresses and contact information
  • Creating New Supplier Accounts onto NetSuite
  • Other ad hoc duties and reporting as required.
  • Reporting to the Financial Accountant - Weekly Purchase ageing Reports, Address outstanding balances

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience within Accounts Payable
  • Experience with a high volume of invoices
  • Strong communication skills - be able to confidently speak to suppliers and other members across the finance team
  • Live locally or able to commute to the office
  • Finance degree or ACCA/CIMA studying (desirable not essential)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using net suite (desirable not essential)
  • A team player
