▪ Key roles and responsibilities
✓ Responsible to perform various day to day accounting activities which includes AR, AP, GL etc.,
✓ Prepare journal entries in accounting software
✓ Perform month end/year end reconciliations as required
✓ Maintain robust documentation of all processes
✓ Supporting Month end activities i.e., assist in preparing MIS schedules
✓ Supporting TLs in gathering the information as per client requirement
✓ Ensure quality and timely deliverables at all times
✓ Responsible for client deliverables i.e., Weekly reports / Reconciliations
✓ Work hand in hand with the manager and open to take up new tasks as required
✓ Coordinating with counterparties to resolve open items, accounting issues etc.
▪ Required
✓ 1-2 years of relevant experience
✓ Good understanding on concepts of accounting
✓ Confident in working on journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations
✓ Working experience in various functions i.e., AR/AP/GL (all or some of these)
✓ Working experience in month-end closing
✓ Should have working knowledge on various accounting software including basic Excel
✓ Familiar with TDS, GST computation & returns (not mandatory)
✓ Experience in audits will be added advantage
✓ Should have good communication and inter-personal skills
✓ Flexible for multiple shifts as per client region and be flexible during year-end close or business requirement
✓ Long term service commitment
