Description

  • Month end closing: comply and reconcile GL accounts and ensure tax journals adjustment completed
  • Monthly tax reconciliation report and closing reports and tax forecast
  • Maintenance and integrity of balance sheets and income statement
  • Responsible for all tax calculation and lodgment for ANZ business
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Tax Register
  • Monthly tax lodgment including GST and Payroll Tax
  • Annual tax calculation and returns for Income Tax and payroll tax
  • Quarterly and annual FBT returns
  • Manage withholding tax and certificate application
  • In liaise with ATO/IRD and external tax consultant for all tax issues
  • Assist in transfer pricing inquiry and other tax inquiry
  • Assist in statutory report and audit inquiry
  • Assist in tax training and annual tax reporting

Profile

  • University Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience in general accounting and tax management
  • Experience within a multi-national company preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent Excel skills (Pivot table, V-lookup and formula)
  • Knowledge of large ERP (Oracle preferred)
  • Good time management and problem solving skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Strong team working capabilities
  • Excellent level of communication skills
  • Self-motivated & Team-orientated
