Finance Associate – Indirect Taxes

As a Finance Associate - Indirect Taxes you will be responsible for the preparation of all customer VAT invoices within the Primark Tax team. This opportunity is based in our Global Head Office in Dublin City Centre.

What the role involves?

• Responsible for the timely preparation of customer VAT invoices for all countries
• Ensuring all customer VAT invoice requests have valid supporting documents
• Ensuring all customer VAT invoices are issued with the correct transaction and customer information
• Managing the VAT invoice inbox and corresponding weekly reporting of VAT invoice activity
• Any additional ad hoc requirements to support the wider VAT team

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience of MS Word, Outlook, and Oracle an advantage
• Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• European language skills would be an advantage
