Client Details
My client, a leading manufacturer are looking to hire a Company Accountant to come on board within their Accountancy team in Crawley on a permanent basis.
Description
The key responsibilities are:
- Maintaining the company's QuickBooks accounts and general bookkeeping.
- Credit control.
- Maintenance of the company's expense card software.
- Manage customer performance reports.
- Providing accurate month-end accounts with analysis.
- Compliance returns - (e.g. VAT returns).
- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Assisting with annual audit.
Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- AAT/Part Qualified accountant.
- Experience in an Accounting role.
- Strong technical and analytical accounting skills.
- Self-motivated with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to produce accurate work and consistently deliver to reporting deadlines.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with internal and external contracts at all levels with confidence.
