This Group FP&A Analyst is a newly created role due to growth and expansion. You will work closely with the Group Finance Director and Group FP&A Manager.

My client is a well know luxury brand who is now backed by one of the best private equity companies in the world. They are now going through an exciting period of growth. Their head office is based in the City of London and this is a hybrid working role.
Description
As the Group FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist Group FP&A manager during the monthly performance reporting process
- Support group subsidiaries for any reporting requirement needed
- Assist Group FP&A manager during the planning cycles (budget, latest estimates and strategic plan process)
- Assist Group FP&A manager to monitor monthly performance and variance analysis versus budget
- Drive development of improved financial analysis and set up standard across the Group
- Analyse growth drivers understanding and leverage across channels, categories and markets
- New product/category launch assessment and analysis
- Opex and capital investment effectiveness, inclusive of working capital
- Analyse retailers P&L and door efficiency, and new product cost management
- Support finance leadership team with business insights and operational knowledge
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and other ad hoc projects
Profile
To be considered for this Group FP&A Analyst role you must have the following:
- Strong background in financial analytics
- Excellent excel skills with the ability to manipulate large sets of data
- Power BI experience (desirable)
- PQ/Finalist ACCA/CIMA (desirable)
