-You will be part of a team that provides financial, administrative and clerical services to the legal entity and serving 2 business units.
-You will be mainly responsible for Group reporting, ensure monthly inventories (quantity and valuation) and assets accounting.
-General ledger accounting will also be one of your major tasks.
-You will be the manager of 1 person.
-You will be in charge as SOX Champion of the respect by process owners of internal control of the company.
-Finally managing transversal finance and business projects will complete your role in the finance department.
-Group Reporting and General Ledger accounting
-Ensure monthly SOX key controls of processes FSC, PPE, TAX
-Ensure high quality of Swiss and foreign monthly VAT returns
-Support internal and external audit requests
-Inventory
-Perform a range of professional accounting activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all journal entry postings related to metal inventory
-Monthly determination of metal inventory (quantity and valuation)
-Responsible for the coordination of annual physical metal inventory
Fixed assets (FA)
-Assisting to perform FA IFRS reporting to Group consolidation and BU
-Ensure annual physical FA inventory
-Ensure compliance to IFRS 16 leasing accounting
-SOX Champion
-Main contact for SOX subjects with the Group Internal Audit and Internal Control organization
-Responsible for the coordination of the compliance to SOX by each local process owner
-Share within the company SOX Best practices
-Finance projects
-Lead and / or participate to various finance improvement projects (IFRS, SOX, others)
Profile
-Degreed in accounting (Swiss Certified Accountant / Accounting expert Federal Diploma or equivalent).
-At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and in an international context with good team management experience.
-Language: French and English required
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment particularly at month-end and year-end.
-Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Tools.
-Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Power BI would be an asset.
