This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an established manufacturing company in Abingdon on a temporary basis to begin with.
Client Details
The client is highly established within their industry and is based in a central location within Abingdon with good transport links.
Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
- support with the monthly stock check
- be the first point of contact for the Finance Department, monitoring the shared inbox and taking calls
- monitor and report on inward processing
- complete credit card and cash purchases
- administer all aspects of sales ledger
Profile
The Accounts Assistant will:
- be immediately available
- have some experience in a similar role
- be comfortable working on the phone as well as email
