We are looking to appoint an experienced colleague as Senior Accounting Specialist to strengthen our team of EY tax and accounting consultants.

If selected you will:

• Prepare and review financial statements under Slovak GAAP
• Prepare statistical statements and annual reports, announcements, written responses to tax authority questions and notices
• Prepare and review general ledger conversions
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities regarding routine procedural and technical issues
• Process and analyze client data
• Be actively involved in accounting compliance process development and improvement

Skills and attributes for success:

• At least completed secondary education with economic focus
• Two+ years of accounting work experience with a consulting company
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Fluent English and Slovak
• Computer literacy (MS Office, advanced in MS Excel)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize
• Client orientation
• Team player

Starting salary from 2000 € per month depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
