The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

We help potential investors uncover hidden problems or future risks in the company they are considering purchasing. Our role is to identify and assess areas of concern, through an in-depth analysis of companies’ financial and business information, drawing the client’s attention to potential risks associated with the transaction. In such deals, the investor needs to know the smallest detail and understand the underlying story. We prepare due diligence for clients to be used as the basis for negotiating the purchase price. Financial analyses, reports, work in Excel and preparation of final reports are part of our daily work.

As Junior Consultant, you will:

• Analyze historical financial and management accounts, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports and other information on target companies
• Interpret analyzed information and consolidate it into clear output
• Prepare supporting documents and participate in discussions with the target company’s management
• Participate in presentations of due diligence findings to the client

Starting salary is from 1 500 € /month (gross) depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

• Qualifications:
• Fifth-year economic or technical university student
• Attention to detail and precise approach
• Enthusiasm and continuous learning mindset
• Team player
• Analytical, logical and critical thinking
• Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to form opinions and conclusions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Advanced in MS Excel
• Fluent English and Slovak
