• As we grow our reporting team, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist to take charge of key tasks related to management accounting, financial reporting, and ERP management.

• participation in local reporting of legal entities that operate in foreign jurisdictions;
• managing accounting processes within BAS ERP;
• preparation of information and documents for external users (banks, management, etc.);
• taking part in the annual audits and communicating with the auditors from BIG-4
• customizing and upgrading BAS ERP for improved functionality and efficiency;
• company payments control and other curious ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• an academic background in economics, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor's or master's degree;
• at least 1 year of commercial experience with 1C 8.1-3 or BAS ERP;
• understanding the technical aspects of BAS ERP;
• proficient in using Excel at an advanced level;
• knowledge of international financial accounting standards and competency in the fields of transactions, banking operations, and payment instruments;
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• attention to detail;
• highly organized, motivated, and ambitious.

Will be an advantage:

• English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (written and verbal);
• experience in reporting international/foreign companies;
• getting financial qualifications in process (ACCA, CFA, CIMA).
