We are seeking for Transaction Real Estate Services Assistant to join our Strategy and Transaction Services/Transaction Real Estate Services (Commercial Real Estate)team with the following qualifications;

• University degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, City and Regional Planning and real estate management/development. Masters will be an asset
• Preliminary knowledge of real estate and finance sector, experience on real estate valuation is an asset
• New graduate or at least 1 years relevant work experience,
• Keen to learn more about the world of real estate
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, additional foreign language is an asset
• Strong command of MS applications, especially Excel/Power point
• Strong social, communication and interpersonal skills
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

As a member of staff within Transaction Advisory Services, you will join a globally integrated team of transaction real estate services.

Responsible for:

• Real estate advisory services like transaction support, real estate M&A, or strategic advisory
• Feasibility studies, and financial models for real estate financing, development and investments
• Market Research and Market Study of different fields of commercial real estate
• Real Estate M&A and Capital Market Services
• Asset based commercial due diligence
• Real estate valuations
• Valuation report reviews
