The Security Assurance Manager reports directly to the Head of Security & Resilience (EMEA) and is responsible for the assurance and compliance of all aspects of supply chain security across the RR Defence Sector in accordance with RR and Government security policy, standards and regulations.

What you will be doing:
• Accountable for the protection of MoD Identifiable information and assets within the supply chain
• Implement, maintain and assure compliance with programme-specific supply chain assurance programmes.
• Ensuring suppliers meet the required standards to handle, store and process Government classified information, working with RR Procurement Team, MoD security advisors and Government agencies where required
• Working with Group IT and Cyber Security teams to ensure all suppliers comply with Government IT/Cyber security standards for the secure electronic handling of classified information
Who we're looking for:
• Extensive knowledge of MoD Information and FSC ( List X) security policies.
• Experience of working with government security organisations.
• Extensive experience of physical security arrangements in compliance with the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure and Government List X standards.
