Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for accounts assistant to provide support to our Finance Manager in preparing month end data, processing the purchase ledger and support on processing payroll.

- Matching, checking and coding of purchase invoices
- Proactively chase for missing invoices and to resolve supplier queries
- Prepare the monthly payroll ready for submission to the external provider
- Administering the accounts inbox to ensure all supplier invoices, statements and queries are processed efficiently
- Initiating payments via BACS for suppliers and employee expenses

- You have experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical skills - accurate with a keen attention to detail
- IT literate - proficient in Excel, willing to learn new systems/software where required
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week. But we're all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you've got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days of a year - 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off!
