F&A Officer with Italian

Requirements:

• Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills,
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian,
• Experience in accounting/ customer service/ corporate environment,
• Understanding of accounting rules, analytical thinking,
• Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset,
• Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Your main duty will be creating and finalizing invoices and verifying if all requirements are meet
• You will be responsible for maintaining data compliance on client and project accounts
• Responding to customer queries via e-mail would be a part of your every-day work
• The outcome of your effort will be also preparing reports, status of operations and conducting researches
• You will be expected to execute internal quality controls and provide quality reports
• Daily shipping of invoices to external client
• Sending reminders to Partners/Managers/Assistants
