Salary and benefits: E.g £100,000 - £120,000 plus 30% bonus up to 60%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

Working in a team alongside the With-Profit Actuaries, the role will assist in providing advice on the exercise of discretion in with-profits business, focusing on the delivery of good customer outcomes and ensuring regulatory expectations are met.

What are we looking for?

As well as assisting the With-Profits Actuaries with their responsibilities, you'll support delivery of change through projects. You'll have significant with-profits experience, and enjoy working with other teams and different areas of the business to deliver improved customer outcomes. You will have the technical ability to interpret financial information, and the communication skills to engage others in the key points in a straightforward manner. You will be expected to work towards having the skills needed to obtain a With-Profits Actuary Practising Certificate, and we will support you in this.
