Reporting to Chairman, you will lead the corporate finance and investment projects to grow the global business.

Our Client is a HK listed Company with main operation in China and various JVs in different regions.

Description

Being the Senior Finance Executive of the Group, you will act as a key person to manage client and investor relationships, and liaise with ECM. You will participate in various corporate finance transactions, including M&A advisory and fundraising activities. You will undertake due diligence, develop financial models, perform valuation and financial analyses, legal analysis and operating environment analysis followed by recommendations and presentations. You are also responsible for supervising ongoing business operation related to listing documents, announcements, circulars, financial statements and valuation reports etc. Last but not least, you will be one of the major members to develop strategy on new business development.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification (CFA, CPA or FRM etc)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience from HK listed company and investment banking
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in originating, leading and executing regional corporate finance transactions
• Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
