Commercial Bank - CCBSI - offers professionals an exceptional career opportunity to serve as a full-time Treasury Management Officer and play an integral role in developing global cash and liquidity management solutions for our Singapore headquartered corporate client base covering the semi-large to mid-cap space. As part of a new business initiative at J.P. Morgan, this role will cover opportunities to not only build new customer relationships, but also have a strategic impact on the business.

This position will be primarily focused on:
  • Servicing the specific cash management needs of the bank's targeted Priority prospects and clients in the semi-large to mid-cap space
  • On treasury relationship management and in helping our colleagues to manage the implementation, on-boarding & ramping of new business mandates from clients & prospects
  • Working in close partnership with other global teams and Product Specialists from across the Firm to identify and support the broader banking needs and requirements of CB clients

You will work with professionals across the business and within the broader bank as you manage relationships with Corporate Client Banking Bankers & clients. Other specific responsibilities would include:
  • Build and cultivate client relationships to grow the business and cross sell products to a targeted subset of clients and prospects. Typical requirements will focus on transaction banking / treasury services, cross-border FX payments and traditional trade deals
  • Recognizing the importance of Transaction Banking / Treasury Services to our clients, work with key product partners in delivering cash management solutions across the globe which range from in-country cash management to more complex, cross-border, pan- regional liquidity and other solutions
  • Provide the necessary oversight and local accountability to support Commercial Banking's governance processes and all documentation to conform to JPMC policy
  • Work with internal stakeholders i.e., bankers, product partners, implementation, client service teams globally to ensure the best end-to-end client experience

Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of Transaction Banking / Treasury sales experience, with a strong command of transaction services (core cash management, liquidity, FX), financial services, regulatory environment, corporate banking products, debt products, trade finance, and derivatives
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or other relevant fields
  • Leadership skills in managing and building teams with proven experience in working with Corporate bankers
  • Strong knowledge of Wholesale Payment Products including cash management, liquidity and cross border products would be a key requirement
  • Background in client relationship management skills, ability to solution and deliver the end-to-end client experience
  • Proven ability to work professionally and effectively across diverse product, onboarding, and service teams
  • Excellence in oral and written communication with proven strength for personal engagement
  • Flexibility to co-ordinate and manage multiple transactions and processes, manage delivery against deadlines, client expectations and business priorities.
  • Team player possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to meet business targets
  • A good track record in growing revenues and achieving transaction banking sales goals
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, time management and analytical skills are required
  • Attention to detail and strong teamwork
  • Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills including the ability to negotiate with external clients and internal banking partners.
  • Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to support client coverage needs
