(General Insurance) Supervisor, Policy Administration

The Company

A top general insurance is hiring for a Supervisor, Policy Administration to join the team, handle policy administration services and operation tasks. Candidate with insurance operation background is preferred.

The Role

• Responsible for reviewing policy administration tasks for operational projects
• Fulfill department goals to ensure service quality and complied with compliance
• Supervise day to day operation work on general insurance products
• Ensure smooth communication with customers' enquiry and agent's enquiry
• Support and conduct user acceptance test for operation control projects
• Participate in system enhancement to improve customer needs
• Carry out other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 3-4 years of policy administration working experience. General Insurance is preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• People management experience is a plus
• Good in coaching and strong in problem solving
• Good command of English and Chinese
