Senior Billing Specialist

A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Senior Billing Specialist role. Remote working available with once a fortnight office based in either Stockport or Central Manchester.

Description

• Full ownership of billing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion by leading the billing team.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with the credit controllers to investigate and resolve escalated billing queries.
• Preparing and distributing weekly reports on billing to ensure monthly targets are achieved
• Continuously analyse WIP values to ensure working capital risk exposure is minimised, by holding monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Driving engagement throughout the business on the billing process and system utilisation
• Drive efficiencies and automation where required.
• Act as initial point of escalation within billing team
• Point of contact for complex billing processes
• Ensure month end deadlines are hit and KPI's are produced.

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
• Be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail - Essential
• Have experience using MS Excel - Essential
• Be able to demonstrate working in a fast paced environment - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £30,000 + Flexible working + Progression
