A fantastic opportunity has been made available to join our team as a Service Manager.

The difference you'll make.
Managing the service relationship with a number of our key 3rd Party resource providers
Maintaining and enhancing those relationships whilst looking for further opportunities
Developing service level agreements and ensuring that these are delivered to
Participating in commercial negotiations for the agreement of target supplier contracts
Providing advice and guidance to areas on these relationships including help with managing colleagues
Managing local resources to ensure that relevant management information is produced, KPIs and NPS, to measure performance
What you'll bring.
Proven track record in Service Management at a Company within a regulated industry
Ability to communicate with Stakeholders and the business at all levels
It would also be nice for you to have.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and able to multi-task
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent opportunity to be based at our Milton Keynes site, with the expectation that you will work from the Milton Keynes office at least 1 day per week, as agreed with your Line Manager.
We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible. This will be over 2 stages if required.
