A fantastic opportunity has been made available to join our team as a Service Manager.

The difference you'll make.

  • Managing the service relationship with a number of our key 3rd Party resource providers

  • Maintaining and enhancing those relationships whilst looking for further opportunities

  • Developing service level agreements and ensuring that these are delivered to

  • Participating in commercial negotiations for the agreement of target supplier contracts

  • Providing advice and guidance to areas on these relationships including help with managing colleagues

  • Managing local resources to ensure that relevant management information is produced, KPIs and NPS, to measure performance

What you'll bring.

  • Proven track record in Service Management at a Company within a regulated industry

  • Ability to communicate with Stakeholders and the business at all levels

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales

  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and able to multi-task

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

What else you need to know.

This is a permanent opportunity to be based at our Milton Keynes site, with the expectation that you will work from the Milton Keynes office at least 1 day per week, as agreed with your Line Manager.

We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible. This will be over 2 stages if required.
