Description

FP&A Analyst duties include:

- Providing proactive financial support to the operational areas

- Oversight of the groups financial planning and monitoring process (including budgets & forecasts)

- Adopting a finance partner approach to ensure the wider business have access to financial and analytical support when required

- Ensuring key stakeholders have a sound understanding of actual and forecast financial and operational performance of the business

- Playing an integral role of the groups financial planning and forecasting processes

- Ensuring financial plans and forecasts are modelled accurately to reflect approved programmes and initiatives across the group

- Delivering daily, weekly & monthly KPI reports and a rolling reforecast with supporting commentary

Profile

The successful FP&A Analyst candidate will:

- Have a proven track record within a FP&A / Commercial finance role

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Be resilient to change and the ability to act as a change agent

- Have strong analytical skills and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Have knowledge of Power BI (desirable not essential)

Job Offer

A salary up to £45,000, study support, hybrid working, annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, paid charity leave & more.
