Due to a number of internal promotions, we are looking to recruit a new Accounts & Business Advisory Manager to join our Stirling team. As part of your role, you will manage a significant portfolio of corporate clients and be the go-to contact for your clients, whilst also providing support to the Partners and Directors. You will also co-manage team members and act as a mentor for some of the team and help to guide them on their career journey.

For this position, we are looking for someone qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification such as CA/ACA OR ACCA. In addition, you should have experience running your own client portfolio including raising fees and monitoring WIP. You will have strong communication skills, be confident managing your own client relationships and have an awareness of opportunities for other service lines across the firm. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate proficiency with SME accounts, personal tax, corporate tax and VAT.

As a key part of our Stirling team, you will be working closely with the leadership team to drive the success of the office and will therefore have plenty of opportunity for your own progression and development.

You will be part of the management team who oversee, manage and support team members in the preparation of annual accounts, corporate and personal tax computations, management accounts, VAT returns, and P11d's whilst working with a wide range of clients from a variety of different sectors. You will provide direct support to other members of the team, assisting with their development and learning and also be part of a team who are dedicated to client service and providing direct support to Partners and Directors to drive the growth of the business forward "
