Accounts Payable

The client are global hospitality and catering group with locations across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a new Accounts Payable to join the team on a permanent basis in order to manage the increased workload from the company's growth. The office is based in South West London (Victoria) and they are keen to get a candidate that has previous Hospitality experience.

Client Details

The Accounts Payable team is made up of 5 people, and the successful candidate will take control of the company's business lines. The team has recently been re-shuffled due to the excellent growth that the company have experienced in the last few years and n ow they are looking for a permanent candidate to manage the end-to-end purchase ledger for a number of their sites.

Description

The successful Accounts Payable will:

• End-to-end management of the Accounts Payable ledger
• Process a high volume of Purchase Ledger invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Petty cash management
• Payment runs
• Credit Card reconciliations
• Processing of the staff expenses
• Seeking approval for invoices
• Ad hoc monthly reporting

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable will:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar Purchase Ledger focused role
• Previous experience working in the finance team within a Hospitality business
• Be confident
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• MUST be happy to work 5 days a week in the office
