Your field of responsibility
Join us as a Head of Audit – Emerging Technologies within our cutting-edge audit function, where you will be responsible for developing and overseeing delivery of Internal Audit’s coverage of Emerging Technologies considering the bank’s strategy, top risks, changes in the regulatory landscape and emerging trends. Do you see yourself as an expert around cloud, artificial intelligence, robotics, distributed ledger technology and open banking related topics? You will collaborate with peers on the senior leadership team with differing expertise to develop broad insightful perspectives with depth. This role demands trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, External Audit and Regulators, where you will use your independence and influencing skills to support the improvement of the Bank’s risk and control environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible to build a high-performing global team by coaching and mentoring and increasing subject matter knowledge in your field.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Deep understanding of audit issues, regulatory requirements, risk and control matters in the field of Emerging Technologies. Experience in auditing or substantial exposure to Internal Audit would be an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge about controls around cloud, artificial intelligence (incl. ML, NLP), robotics, distributed ledger technology and open banking.
- CISA, CISSP or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
- Well-connected amongst technology and university peers, enabling effective horizon scanning and benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills paired with an ability to see the bigger picture that helps stakeholders take corrective actions that work.
- An agile mindset, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities to deliver effectively towards deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German would be an asset, and the ability to deliver difficult messages and present information in a succinct and concise way.
- Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills which set an inspiring “tone from the top” within Internal Audit, but also key stakeholder groups within Technology and Data organizations of the bank.
