The opportunity:
A career in our Governance, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit (GRC & IA) Consulting Services in PwC Greece, will provide you with the opportunity to gain understanding of business, operations and objectives of major and important listed and or non listed entities, help them solve their toughest problems and capture greatest opportunities via adopting leading GRC & IA practices.
As a Senior Manager in PwC Greece, you'll lead teams of problem solvers, providing human-led and tech-powered solutions in complex business issues related to Internal Audit, Corporate Governance and Risk Management in Non-Financial Services sectors.
The role entails:

Lead effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations across or with industry focus (e.g., Energy, Manufacturing, Construction etc.)

Lead project teams towards the efficient and timely delivery of complicated assignments
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts;
-
Manage a portfolio of our clients
-
Contribute to the development of our client and product portfolio.
What we are looking for:
-
At least 10 years of previous working experience in an internal audit position or in the fields of assurance services (external audit), risk management or/and corporate governance
-
Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Management, Financial Accounting, Economics or other related field

Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
-
Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and lead teams;

Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style
-
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally
-
Excellent business sense and commercial awareness
-
Ability to synthesise multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view

Excellent financial and business analytical skills
-
Military services fulfilled
-
A relevant professional qualification (CIA, CRMA, ACCA, ACA etc.) will be considered as an advantage

Experience with data analysis tools such as ACL, Alteryx, SAS, Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau or similar will be considered as an advantage.
