嘉定 Auto MNC - Plant Controller

This is a plant controller role who need to lead a sizable team in charge of plant overall finance. include but not limit to costing, controlling, budgeting, forecasting etc. You would directly report to group financial controller and plant GM. Play an important role as plant business partner.

Client Details

Our client is a Global well known auto-parts company who has business in China for decades. It has multiple BU and keep on investment in China market.

Description

- Lead plant's financial planning process, including annual budget, and monthly forecast
- Manage the monthly closing process, and financial reports and analysis on a timely basis, and provide reliable information, including early warning of the business risks and performance to the management
- Ensure the balance sheet reconciliation process in place, reconciliation is done on a regular basis
- Evaluate investment proposals and make the recommendations for business growth;
- Couch, develop and retain the plant finance talents

Profile

- Bachelor degree or above majored at finance or accounting, CMA or CPA is a plus
- 7years or above working experience in manufacturing environment, with three years management experience
- Familiar financial system like : ERP,Hyperion/HFM etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Fluent English and Mandarin
