Company supports multi industries that are environmentally conscious and improve quality of life through providing essential components, wire harnesses, and cables to a wide variety of industries such as IT and CE, Motor Vehicle, Electrical Appliances, Medical Equipment, Industrial, Optical Fiber Communications, and Solar. My client is a global provider, cover Asia, America, and Europe with strong growth of business.

Description

• Oversees the group level business controling function; provides the management with necessary analyses, forecasts and opinions on business results and tracks all recommended improvements;
• Builds and leads the group business controlling team;
• Participates in the digital tranformation of the group; Drives improvement in the groups current business systems including ERP, BI/BW. FCCS/PBCS so as to get timely and accurate business analysis and forecasts out of them;
• Facilitate group efforts in all long-term, mid-term and short-term strategic plannings and cascade them into the annual budgets of the group and all business groups and business units;
• Oversees the rolling financial forecasts and performance management of all business groups, business units and subsidiaries, and summarizes them for group level business planning, forecasting and performance management;
• Provide feasibility studies and relevant recommendations on all major business or investment projects of the group, all business groups and business units;
• Assists the CFO to reaffirm the group wide compliance of accounting policies and internal control procedures;
• To be an independent finance business partner who can discuss and provide advices for business opportunities and operational topics to other function
• Other major projects as per instructed by the management.

Profile

• Working level of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• 7+ years of related FP&A working experiences, including top line, bottom line, and cost
• Working with Chinese stakeholders is a plus, or global working experience
• Experience in tech or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong communication skill, including the ability to work with people in different functions and regions
• Leadership experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Available for short term business trip
• Logical thinking, problem solving, and goal orientated
• Passionate and ambitious personality
