Introduction:
As a BA4 - Application Business Analyst, you will be responsible for Business analysis for the Investment Banking ACBS Wholesale Lending projects within Functions Technology - Compliance.
What will you be doing?
• Work Closely with Product Owner/Senior BA to define epic and User Stories.
• Gathering, analysing, validating, and managing business requirements
• Writing use cases, performing system testing and assisting business users in UAT.
• Formulating and producing test plans and test cases. Being involved in the various phases of testing to support development, to interrogate data during functionality testing, and to co-ordinate users and IT teams to achieve successful testing phases and quality assurance.
• Analysing the data from upstream systems for correctness and completeness.
• Writing functional & technical specifications for the upcoming business requirements
• Define Strategy/Leads requirements/user story and support to the UAT Team.
• Drive Overall work stream activities and manage the day-to-day functional activities of projects.
• Should have ownership Mindset to pick the jira and with minimal support and help in SIT and support UAT team.
• Support roadmap, planning and design stages of project deliveries.

Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience.
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Business analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, data analysis, test design and execution) using structured methods or a recognized methodology.
• Understanding of full systems development lifecycle.
• Understanding of working with Commercial Lending Application (ACBS/Loan iq) products and processes flow.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and build relationships with members of the business and technology communities
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and IT systems generally Self-starter and strong communication skills.
• Should have knowledge of ACBS Application and its flow with different systems.
