Citi’s single Global Booking Program is aimed at creating a best-in-class initiative and organization around Citi’s end-to-end booking practices while developing a global framework, standard, and governance across all products and material legal entities. Successful delivery of a single Booking Program is critical to Citi meeting its external regulatory commitments, in addition to standardizing and simplifying its internal booking processes and requirements

Global Booking Team:

The Global Booking Team is part of Global Controllers organization. Citi’s Global Booking Team is aimed at creating a best-in-class initiative and organization around Citi’s newly designed end-to-end booking practices while developing a global framework, standard, and governance across all products and material legal entities. 

Global Booking Transformation and Analytics Team is an integrated part of Global Booking Team. Team's core responsibilities relate to:

• Integration between Booking Model and Booking Control programs
• Driving and implementing the strategy for Citi Booking Model simplification and standardization, including integration of Booking requirements, Policies, Standards, and other key Booking documentation
• Ensuring consistency of Citi Booking Model with regulator’s expectations and Citi best practices
• Restructuring of the Citi booking practices documentation and implementation of the effective monitoring and reporting process to ensure compliance with the global booking standards
• Designing and implementation of the booking controls standards across three lines of defence

What will you do?

Booking Program Expert will support the Global Booking Transformation and Analytics Team in driving booking simplification, standardization and transformation agenda.

Core responsibilities will relate to:

• Supporting the Team in developing high quality analytics for End-to-End Booking (Booking Model and Booking Controls) by leveraging Digital Tool (such as e.g. Tableau).
• Re-designing of Booking Model & Controls Dashboards to support quarterly booking monitoring, reporting and escalation of issues
• Designing of set of KPIs and metrics and reporting to Citi Senior Management to support with effective booking risks identification and decision-making
• Ensuring internal process notes are in place to support effective controls for Booking Team to ensure on-time identification of issues and remediation
• Identifying opportunities for automation of Citi Booking Practices Documentation 
• Partnering in transformation initiatives to improve governance, monitoring controls and adherence to booking principles.
• Collaboration with 3 lines of defence.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Risk, Project Management
• University/College degree, Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent - beneficial
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
• Attention to details, very good analytical and organizational skills, ability to learn new systems and analytics software
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
