Key Requirements

• Passed GCE A/L examination or sufficient industry experience.
• Minimum 3year experience in collections in a reputed financial institution and exposure to pre-legal activities including Mediation Board will be advantageous.
• Need to possess a valid riding license and ability to work with MS excel.
• Good negotiation skills coupled with strong communication skills.
• A good team player who can work under pressure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to follow up and collect monthly rentals and overdue of respective portfolio while maintaining the quality of the portfolio.
• Represent Mediation Board on behalf of the company.
• Responsible for legal reminders and Maintain Postal Articles Records (SUB, ACC, Termination, LOD).
• Effectively coordinate the recoveries staff and the branch staff.
• Responsible to represent outside parties on behalf of the company such as appear to courts, police, coordinate with Lawyers etc.
• Calling Customers, Guarantors, and other relevant parties whenever necessary.
• Responsible to prepare and submit the performance reports to management
