The Company

My client is a leading international FS Firm who is well-known for its great team culture and company environment. The company is currently looking for Policy Administrators to join their stable team in performing data entries duties. The role will initially be a 1 year contract role and is convertible to permanent upon contract completion.

The Role

As a policy administrator, your duties include:

• To perform administrator function and assist managers in handling product release
• To assist the team in performing general administration duties.
• To coordinate with the mailing and notification of change in proposal details.
• To perform other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
• Handle policy services requests within service turnaround time
• Participate in projects and system enhancements for operational efficiency
• Prepare management reports, manuals and correspondence

Your Profile

• Degree holder in business or other related discipline
• 1-4 years or above working experience in policy administration
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Previous experiences in policy administrator in insurance is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to details.
• Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
