Expat Management Executive

Job Description

Immigration process: in charge of Immigration process for all expat inbound/ outbound and locally hired expat in
Bosch Vietnam. It includes:

  • Info Trip arrangement such as logistics booking, health check-up, etc.. for expats
  • Working with Immigration department and 3rd party to ensure in-time immigration process is completed (working
  • permit, visa, residence card...)
  • Ensure company is in compliance with all transactions, records and documents, establish and maintain company
  • records, compile reports and distribute reports as
  • applicable.Work with management ensuring applicable employees remain in legal compliance

Expat related expenses management:

  • Process monthly payment for all company expenses related to expat (transportation, housing, schooling, training,
  • immigration documents...)
  • In charge of annual or ad-hoc cost planning request related to expat
  • Responsible for contracting with suppliers (house search, landlord, school, immigration agent,
  • relocation/shipment...)

Personnel data management:

  • Process personnel data for expat in HR system to ensure accuracy payroll data
  • Generate and manage labor contract and P-file

Others:

  • Enhance daily interaction, customer-orientation and value-added relationship with customer (expat employees) and
  • suppliers
  • Provide relevant inputs and feedback for potential improvement, cost saving and policy development in areas
  • needed
  • Review tax returns and finalization of expatriate employees
  • Back-up support to other HR Shared Service team members or other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant disciplines
2. Work Experience:
- At least 02 years working experience in HR or Expat management related topics
- Hand-on experience in handling expat topics (immigration, housing, schooling and other expenses...)
3. Languages:
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Vietnamese Mother tongue a must
4. Hardware / Software Skills:
- Standard software (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words)
- Experience in HR SAP is a plus
5. Special Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with foreign employees
- Strong analytical & problem solving skill
- Time management skill
6. Personality:
- Friendly, co-operative, out-going, responsible and open minded person
- Customer Oriented mindset/attitude
- Team oriented and service mind
- Willingness to learn by taking more responsibility if so required
